Refund Policy

​Revive Your Soul Goods works hard to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase [ for any reason], we'll be happy to return or exchange the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, an exchange, or an online credit.

To make a return:

  1. Items must be unopened/unused/unworn.

  2. Items must still be in their original packaging with any tag or box.

  3. Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear.

  4. You must provide your proof of purchase or receipt. 

 

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance sale items, anointed oils, salves, or water.

 

To return a product, send the product back to Revive Your Soul Goods P.O. Box 342 Toney, AL 35773 via USPS, UPS, or FED EX along with proof of purchase and your contact information including name, address, phone, and email. We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s). Customers are responsible for shipping costs, along with a restocking fee of $3.00.

Additional Cancellation/Refund Policy 

Cancellation of a transaction are allowed with 48 hours of order placement.
Returns are accepted up to 30 days after your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. 
It also must be in original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt for being returned. Non -returnable items are:
Oils, Waters &
 Salves

You are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund which may be issued.
